Description: The first column shows the month; column 2 represents the monthly rates of giardiasis presented as number of cases per 100,000 person-years; in column 3 are the natural logarithms of the rates in column 2; column 4 shows the fitted values of the rates, from a time series model, used to draw the trend line; and the values in column 5 are the 3-month centered moving average of the rates.
